What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.

How long order take to be dispatched?

Orders usually needs 2 - 3 working days to be dispatched as we prepare and pack the items after you place your order.

You can check the tracking from the dispatch notification which should be sent to your inbox when we sent your order with the courier.

How to check my points?

After you log in to your account, you have to click on ' Rewards ' tab at the bottom of your screen and then you will be able to check how many points you have and how to redeem them. You can also find more details in here!

How to use the discount code I got from redeeming my points?

You should enter the code in ' Gift card & Discount Code ' box at check out. You can't use it with any other discount including subscription orders.
