    • Three methods to keep the nuts fresh and tasty:

1- Room Temperature: Room temperature storage can keep nuts fresh for a short period of time. Place the nuts in a glass or plastic containers. The container should be clean and dry, with a lid that snaps or screws on with an odor-tight seal. You can also keep them in the original bags which they came on it as they are foiled and resealable. Place the jar of nuts in a dark, cool location, like a pantry. You should be able to keep the nuts fresh for two to four months when you store them this way.

2- Refrigerator: Pack the nuts in glass or plastic containers. Place the nuts in a non-permeable container. Make sure that the container itself is clean and dry, and that the lid of the container snaps or screws on with an airtight seal. Chill the nuts for two months to one year. Place the container of nuts in a refrigerator set to 40 degrees Fahrenheit (4 degrees Celsius) or below. When stored in this manner, most nuts will last for one year. Some varieties may go rancid quicker than that

3- Freezer: Tightly pack the nuts in airtight containers. Place the nuts in a non-permeable glass or plastic container. Make sure that the seal is odor-tight when you place the lid on. The container itself must also be both clean and free of moisture. Freeze for one to three years. Place your container in a freezer set to 0 degrees Fahrenheit (-18 degrees Celsius) or below. Using this storage method, most nuts will stay fresh for one to two years.

The roasted and flavoured nuts will have shorter live than raw nuts so these methods mostly applies on raw nuts.
