Well! we all know how hard it can be to find healthy snacks at work. The constant supply of sugary, trans fat loaded treats sitting on the breakroom table requires too much will power to avoid.

The easiest way to stay healthy at work is to have healthy options readily available. That way we reach for the good stuff when were hangry in the afternoon.

Healthy snacking not only improves your health, it also helps in curbs cravings, fights weight gain, regulates mood, boosts brain power and makes you feel energetic all day.

Nuts:

Almonds

On of the best healthy snacks ides for work are a handful of nuts. Keeping it low carbohydrate will not slow you down and the high protein will satisfy you until your next meal. Plus, the healthy fats in nuts will add an added dose of needed nutrition to your day.

1- Almonds

Almonds are the best to have as a snacks during office time as it's highly nutritious and rich in healthy fats, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

Iron is important for oxygen transport in the blood and oxygen storage in muscle tissue, while calcium helps maintain bone strength and density and keeps your heart, muscles and nerves functional.
