Good quality nuts but service is lacking

This was my third order. I was prompted to reorder with an online offer to sample a product I had not tried before. They were not included with the order. I tried to use the points I should have earned from my previous orders but was unable to do so. Apparently, I don’t have any points? These annoyances make dealing with this business a poor experience. The quality of the product however, is very good indeed. I would have awarded 5 stars on product quality alone
